I have been a Real Estate Investor for over ten years, successfully fulfilling a personal goal of purchasing at least one new property a year while flipping homes in between. On average, I manage at any one time fifteen to twenty short term rental listings, a mix of both personally owned and client properties, all of which I have designed.
